After two years of legal controversy that outlawed goose hunting in several provinces that possessed the best goose hunting in Argentina, issue has been settled in several areas.

After sitting it out for a year to see what the government would do, Los Gauchos has decided to resume operations in the province of La Pampa—a province that has excellent goose hunting, and has never been a part of the ban in the first place. Our clients, who have loved our Argentina goose shooting for years, are rejoicing at the opportunity to return and experience some of the most exciting wingshooting in Argentina.

No limits! Argentina waterfowl hunting is famous for liberal limits for Argentina duck hunting, and NO limit goose hunting in Argentina. Argentina’s geese have always been considered crop destroying pests by the authorities, but due to the fact that an endangered species of geese was reported to have flocked with the Ashyhead and Magellan, there were widespread bans on Argentina goose hunting in many provinces where the endangered bird were known to frequent.

Some provinces are still banned, but not La Pampa. Los Gauchos has selected La Pampa, because it has never been banned, offering additional peace of mind.

Argentina Duck Hunting Packages

Historically, Los Gauchos has always offered our Argentina waterfowl hunting packages as a combination trip consisting of geese, ducks, and a dove / Perdiz option. In 2009, the offering will be the same. A standard trip will consist of three goose hunts, three waterfowl hunts, and the remaining trips will be either Argentina dove hunting, or Perdiz hunting.
